To provide a state of the art, high quality, climate controlled sports facility with a family atmosphere for fun, recreation, exercise and athletic advancement.

SCOR offers adult soccer programs and hosts a variety of other adult sports and social activities. Our Youth Development Programs start at 18 months with our Nationally Renowned Lil Kickers Program, and we offer other sports clinics and camps and host kids parties and events.

We strive to provide a family-friendly atmosphere where players, parents and coaches develop and show respect for their opponents, officials, teammates and themselves.

It is our goal to provide the utmost customer service to our members and to do everything possible to meet your needs. Our staff is committed to listening to our customers and we encourage feedback and suggestions.

Staff Directory

Tyler Pardue

General Manager

Prior to being named our General Manager, Tyler Pardue was SCOR’s director of youth development for eight years. He now oversees the day-to-day operations involved in running a sports facility; hires and oversees all staff. Tyler attended VCU, where he played soccer his freshman year. He then transferred and graduated from Longwood University in 2008 with a degree in Social Sciences.

Joe Graham

Assistant Manager & League Director

Joe Graham joined SCOR in 2011 and is our Assistant Manager and League Director. Joe worked closely with our former General Manager, Tim Krout, and now handles the very important role of scheduling, league management, and other customer service-related duties. Joe is a 2011 Sports Management graduate of Old Dominion University.

Sherri Pardue

Party Coordinator/Youth Coordinator

Sherri Pardue has been a part-time employee since 2009 and joined the SCOR team full time in 2016, as the Party/Youth Coordinator and Assistant Manager. Sherri attended Radford University in 98′ on a soccer scholarship and studied Early Childhood Education. Sherri was also inducted into the Hermitage High School Hall of Fame for Soccer and Basketball.

Ray Pardue

Director of Facility Operations and Maintenance

Ray Pardue joined SCOR in 2010 and is our Director of Facility Operations and Maintenance. Ray is a Richmonder who attended Hermitage HS. Ray’s tireless work ethic is the model for all SCOR employees.

Eileen Wynne

Assistant General Manager for Business Development and Accounting

Eileen Wynne has been with SCOR from its inception and is the Assistant General Manager for Business Development and Accounting. Eileen handles the booking of corporate and special events, in addition to her administrative duties. Eileen graduated from WVU with a degree in engineering, but has been a mainstay at SCOR from day one prior to our opening on Dec. 30, 2006.

Referees Wanted!

SCOR is actively seeking new referees for our Indoor Soccer Leagues! SCOR runs competitive and recreational indoor soccer leagues throughout the year for Adult Men’s, Co-Ed, and Youth Soccer.

We are seeking referees for the following leagues:

Adult Men’s 7v7
Adult Coed 7v7
Adult Coed 4v4
Youth & High School 7v7

A current referee certification is not required but encouraged, and a background in soccer is required. SCOR offers:
