SCOR offers great party ideas that are appropriate for many occasions and ages.

These SCOR party packages are super easy for the parents, as SCOR does all the setup/cleanup in a sports oriented theme — or design your own theme! Guests will engage in a fun, energetic atmosphere, with SCOR’s highly trained, enthusiastic coaches, playing your kid’s favorite activities, from soccer, dodgeball, kickball, football, tug-o-war, wiffle ball, the inflatable and more! * All add-on fee’s will be ran by Monday that follow your event, with the card of file. If you choose to use a different card, it must be noted in an email prior to your event and paid by 4pm the Monday following your event or there will be a $50 late fee charged to your SCOR account.

Dietary Notes

Pizza choices are pepperoni and cheese
Drink choices are juice boxes, apple juice, pink lemonade and/or Pepsi products
Outside food is not permitted inside the facility except for birthday cake, cupcakes and related treats like cookies, brownies and cut fruit.
Allergies and religious dietary restrictions: Pizza from outside vendors is permitted if attendee(s) have food allergies and/or observe religious dietary laws.
If there is a necessity such as the above to bring outside food, a $35 fee will be assessed.

Cancellations

Things change. We understand. However, by taking your reservation, we exclude others from booking.

Cancelling more than 30 days prior to your event, you may receive a refund for the full amount, unless a contract was signed for non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations that are at least 2-4 weeks in advance of your event date are refundable, with a $50 cancellation fee that will become a credit on your SCOR account to use within 1 calendar year.

Cancellation that are within 2 weeks advance notice of your event date are refundable, with a $50 cancellation fee.

Kids Parties FAQs

Do we need the kids to sign a waiver?

Yes – ALL PARTICIPANTS must sign a waiver! Please create an account to build your profile and fill out a waiver online for your child. Just make sure the guests completes the online waiver before they come to the party. However, if they forget or leave it at home, they can always just fill one out here.

For our SCOR and PEAK Ultimate Party Packages, a PEAK Experiences waiver must be signed in addition to the SCOR waiver.

What games/activities do you play?

Games are based on your child’s favorite interests and can include: dodgeball, soccer, flag football, kickball, wiffle ball, relay races, tug-o-war, the inflatable and more. The parachute, parent interaction and Lil Kickers games are involved in party groups, with 6 year olds and younger, If you have a game or activity in mind just let us know, and we will do our best to make it happen.

Our large indoor sports field can be used to engage in team building or competitive activities. We also offer a large party room or our Turf’s Sports Cafe to meet, socialize, eat/drink, build and strengthen relationships as a team (outside of the office), in a relaxed, casual, fun atmosphere! This past Saturday (09/21) we had a birthday party at SCOR for our son (he turned 4). Our whole experience was fantastic, and we really appreciate everything that you and your staff provided. They made it a wonderful experience for our son and all who attended. Tyler and Kelsey did a wonderful job coaching. Tyler has a great manner about him – a mixture of energy and enthusiasm mixed with a way of inspiring the children to get into it and learn something too.
